Dr. Rajan Gupta is the Founder and Chief Eye Surgeon at Rajan Eye Heart & Laser Centre, Tohana, and a highly respected name in ophthalmology with over 30 years of clinical experience. He leads a network of advanced eye care centres across Haryana and Punjab, including Sirsa, Mansa, Lehra Gaga, Hisar, and Bhiwani.

Graduating with an M.B.B.S. from PGIMS Rohtak in 1992 and completing his Diploma in Ophthalmology from the renowned Sh. C.H. Nagri Eye Hospital, Ahmedabad in 1996, Dr. Gupta went on to receive advanced LASIK training under Dr. Rupal Shah in Vadodara.

His areas of expertise include Phacoemulsification with IOL implantation (monofocal, multifocal, trifocal, toric), Wavefront and Topography Guided LASIK, Blade-Free LASIK, ICL, PRK, and advanced diagnostics like OCT, FFA, and Automated Perimetry. He also performs specialized treatments such as green laser therapy for diabetic retinopathy and intravitreal injections.

Dr. Gupta has been performing LASIK and cataract surgeries since 2009 and is a life member of several prestigious organizations including AIOS, DOS, HOS, and POS. He has presented his work at major conferences across India — including Tamil Nadu, Ahmedabad, Patiala, Gurgaon, Rohtak, and Delhi — and has organized and chaired multiple state-level events, such as Ophthafest 2019 and the HOS State Conference at Sirsa.

Currently serving as the Treasurer of the Haryana Ophthalmological Society, Dr. Gupta is known not only for his surgical skill and innovative approach but also for his commitment to advancing ophthalmic education and patient care.
